Bruschetta

Ingredients

• 20 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
• 2 C slivered fresh basil
• 40 slices crusty firm bread
• 20 large garlic cloves, halved
• 1 C extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

1. Combine tomatoes, basic, and salt and pepper
2. Toast bread
3. Rub bread with garlic and top with tomatoe mixture
