	  rmnl - remove extra new-line characters from file

     SYNOPSIS
	  rmnl

     DESCRIPTION
	  Rmnl is useful for removing excess white  space  from	 files
	  for  display	on a crt terminal.  Groups of more than one \n
	  character are compressed to one  \n  character,  effectively
	  removing all blank lines.  This is used by the man command.

	  Ssp(1) can be used to remove redundant blank	lines,	rather
	  than all blank lines.
