	  findstr - find strings for inclusion in message catalogs

     SYNOPSIS
	  findstr file ...

     DESCRIPTION
	  Findstr examines files of  C	source	code  for  uncommented
	  string constants, which it places along with the surrounding
	  quotes on the standard output, preceding each	 by  the  file
	  name,	 start position, and length.  This information will be
	  used by insertmsg.
