Tomato-Garlic Rice
Serves 15
- Freshly cooked Plain Jasmine Rice
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- Oil for greasing the baking pan and spreading over the rice
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- As soon as the jasmine rice is cooked, pour 2.5 C water into the pan and stir with a wooden spoon, mashing the rice a bit.
- Mix the tomato paste, garlic and salt.
- Lightly grease a son-stick baking pan and empty the rice into it.
- Grease one hand well with oil and pack the rice down.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
