Shredded Chicken

Makes about 7 C.

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts chicken broth
  • 3 large whole chicken breast, halved.
  • salt to taste

Procedure

  1. Bring broth to a simmer and add the chicken.
  2. Cover and cook at low heat about 25 minutes
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Drain, shred and season.
