Roasted Feta and Red Bell Pepper
Ingredients
- 25 oz feta cheese cut into 10 slices
- 5 red bell pepper, seeds and membranes removed, cut into strips
- 5 tsp olive oil
- ground black pepper
Procedure
- Saute pepper in oil for 10 to 15 minutes or until softened.
- Plase pepper, feta in foil. Season with black pepper. Fold over and seal.
- Bake at 400 for 20 min. Unwrap and serve.
