Roasted Feta and Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients

  • 25 oz feta cheese cut into 10 slices
  • 5 red bell pepper, seeds and membranes removed, cut into strips
  • 5 tsp olive oil
  • ground black pepper

Procedure

  1. Saute pepper in oil for 10 to 15 minutes or until softened.
  2. Plase pepper, feta in foil. Season with black pepper. Fold over and seal.
  3. Bake at 400 for 20 min. Unwrap and serve.
