Fried Noodles with Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp oil
- 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4C chopped onions
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 4 egg
- 20 oz rice noodles, soaked
- 6 tbsp jaggery
- 4 tbsp tamarind water
- 1C light soy sauce
- 5C broccoli florets and stalks
- 4 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- 2C chopped green onions
- 4C been sprouts
- .5C crushed roasted nuts
- 2 tsp pepper
- cilantro to garnish
Process
- Heat oil in wok
- Add garlic, onions, and chopped chicken
- Stir fry over high heat for 1 minute
- Lower the head and break an egg into the mixture stirring constantly.
- Add the noodles, sugar, tamarind water, soy sauce, and broccoli and cook for 2 minutes
- Add the remaining ingredients, turn the heat up and stir fry vigorously for 1 minute.
- Turn into serving dish and garnish with cilantro
