Fresh Tomato-Cilantro Chutney
Serves 18
- 6 C peeled and finely chopped tomatoes
- 3 C fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 10-15 fresh hot green chilies
- 2 tsp salt
- Put the tomatoes, cilantro, and chilies in a bowl.
- Toss to mix.
- Add the salt just before serving and mix again.
