Fresh Tomato-Cilantro Chutney

Serves 18

  • 6 C peeled and finely chopped tomatoes
  • 3 C fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 10-15 fresh hot green chilies
  • 2 tsp salt

  1. Put the tomatoes, cilantro, and chilies in a bowl.
  2. Toss to mix.
  3. Add the salt just before serving and mix again.
