Burmese Ginger Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 8 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 C lentils
- 1 C jalapenos sliced
- 1 C peanuts
- 1 C dried shrimp
- 1 C toasted sesame seeds
- 1 C freshly pealed sliced ginger
- Corn oil for frying
Dressing
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp corn oil
Directions
- Fry garlic, lentils, peanuts separately in corn oil until golden b rown
- Wisk sauce
- Serve ingredients individually on platter with sauce in the middle.
